DID YOU KNOW: Your SPCA has a team of three passionate Humane Society Police Officers who have dedicated their lives to educating our community, protecting those without a voice, and prosecuting those who do not care for their animals in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Our officers field hundreds of calls annually and some of the most difficult cases to prosecute are the claims of physical abuse to an animal when there is no video evidence.
